Online house presentation or active letting

Do you want to let an apartment or house in Amsterdam? Temporary or permanently? We offer you two different options:

• Active support in letting your house

In the first case, we include your house in our portfolio and present it on various websites where tenants look for available rental accommodation. Do you want active guidance in letting your property? This is also possible if you want to (temporarily) let your house because it is up for sale, you temporarily do not reside in it, or if you are an investor.
After assigning a score, we advise you about a realistic market price for the rental property. We also advise you on the required permits and documents. We then take care of the presentation on a number of housing websites, social media and offer it to our own customer base and network.
When we have found a suitable candidate, we perform a credit check and will draw up the rental agreement. Do you want us to take care of the entire property management? We can let your properties in Amsterdam and take care of the collection of payments. We verify the payment amount and handle the paid advances. We conclude maintenance contracts and/or insurances and arrange the maintenance in consultation. Do you want to let a house in Amsterdam, or outsource the management of an entire apartment building?
